Am 32 yrs.i have an irregular cycle. Misses periods upto a year.av started using m2tone,when can i expect results? Av taken it 4 one month now.

If you have missed periods for a year, it shows that you have hormonal imbalance which will take 2-3 months to stabilize. Periods should follow thereafter naturally.You might have to continue m2 tone for upto a year.

Diane helps while you are taking the prescribe dosage.In some cases periods become regular after 1 or 2 years of use.
You should start a course of M2 tone 2 tablets twice daily along with Aloes compound 2 tab twice daily half hour after meals.
Is there a diagnosis made by your local gynaecologist.
Try to lose weight if you are over weight.
Do light exercise regularly.

I'm very interested in your M2Tone. I did 3 times IVF, but all failed. Until now my doctor couldn't explain why I couldn't be pregnant. All my three embryos were very good, but they were all not be able to survive and implant into my body after they were injected into my body. I just wonder whether M2Tone could be helpful to me or not? Also how long for one cycle?

Can I continue taking M2Tone if I'm in IVF cycle and after embryo trasferring?

At times, it is difficult to exactly tell what went wrong in an IVF cycle. In cases of unexplained infertility or IVF failures, it works to regularize the minimal hormonal imbalance, with the help of supplements like M2 Tone.

M2 Tone has to be taken in dose of 2 tablets twice daily for 3 months, before you go ahead with another IVF. This has to be continued from the day of down regulation to the day of embryo transfer. You also need to take it during mestruation.
M2 Tone is safe for long term use and does not exhibit side effects like nausea or breast tenderness. It also does not effect liver enzymes.

You do not have to take M2 Tone after embryo transfer.

Additional tips -

Positive thinking and anti-stress tablets like geriforte will provide added advantage.
Avoid alcohol, tobacco and very hot food during treatment.

I was prescribe M2 Tone by an ayurvedic practiotioner, as I did not see clear indication for menopause. Now for 6 months my menstruation are stopped. I am now 54 years old, I wonder if it is a correct choice and if there are any negative side effect for some one who has Hepatitis C.

There are no side effects of M2 Tone. as per your age and history of no menstruation for the past 6 months. M2 Tone is not required.
We would recommend the following supplements -
Menosan - General supplement for post-menopause, and
Reosto - for bone health and osteoporosis.
Both the supplements do not have any side effect in your condition.

Goodmorning, I have been diagnosed with Premature Ovarian Failure (POF) around 5 years ago, I am now 45 and still struggle to get pregnant with IVF support. My periods are scant and unovulatory so far,so, I would like to know if you have any suggestions for my condition. Would any of the remedies you promote help improve my chances of gettiing pregnant?

I just wanted to mention that I have low blood sugar levels most of the time I am between 75 to 85. Thank you for your help.

You will have to take
M2 Tone - two tablets, twice daily.
Shatavari one tablets twice daily

Continue this for 12 weeks and after 12 weeks
take M2 tone and Shatavari one tablet each twice daily.
Take the tablets along with warm water (or whole milk) and honey between meals.

if you have blood sugar levels of 75-85 lower your intake of starchy and sweet foods
like sugar, cola drinks, potato, sweet potato, polished rice and white flour.
It is better if you take more of Wheat, yoghurt and milk and avoid potato and brinjal.
You should also avoid alcohol and smoking and do some light exercises.
Avoid sleeping in day and try to sleep 8 hours at night.

I am 24 years old and my periods are not regular.They used to be regular when they started at the age of 14 but couple years later they became so irregular, doc prescribed me Oral Contraceptives. I dont want to be on Oral Contraceptive cos you need to carry on taking them to have periods.Could you please advise me if M2 tone is good for me and how long do i have to take it ?

M2 tone will definitely help you. You can start with two tablets twice daily. With M2 tone, you have to avoid sweets, sugars, aerated drinks, potato and brinjal and cut down on fats.

Hi, I have PCOS and has a lot of bad side effects...hair loss, acne etc. My weight is normal though. Am 25, had it for almost 10 yrs now. Can I take m2 tone and hyponidd with 750 mg of metformin a day. My dr did not want me to stop the metformin. Or is that too much. Any other protocols i need to follow when i take m2 tone and hyponidd. What i can eat and not eat. and how long should i take it to make my pcos better. please let me know, thanks a lot.

You can start with hyponnid 1 tab and M2 tone 2 tab twice a day.
You can take metformin along with it. Take the recommended dosage for 3 months.
You can increase the hyponidd dosage after that.
You should avoid sweets and starchy foods, drink lots of water and do regular exercise.

Hi, ,I've been diagnosed with ,PCOS three years ago. ,Last year I got pregnant ,naturally and last ,January I gave birth to a ,healthy boy. Please check if you still have milk discharge from breasts, because that can be a cause of anovulation. If that is not the case, for resumption of ovulation in a PCOS case, you should take Hyponnid along with M2 tone tablets for a period of 6 to 12 weeks.

Hyponidd is an insulin desensitiser, and is very useful in PCOS.
