I am 54 year old female, last year Dec. 2008 I had UTI, blood Infection ,I was in ICU for 15 days & out of work for 2 months due to health reason, they gave me antibiotics , steroids, since then my immune system is very low, I get sick very easily & more offen,what should I do to improve my immune system? I have osteoarthritis- pain in neck, shoulder, shoulder blade, pelvic bone, right ankle and fingers -both hands ,My cholesterol is high 272, I never had cholesterol problem before. I am chronic patient of Constipation too. Pls suggest me what should I take to improve my health. I am very tired been sick all the time.
