What is Shallaki ?

Shallaki or Boswellia serrata is a Herbal Supplement well known for its anti-inflammatory, anti-atherosclerotic and anti-arthritic activities.
Boswellia serrata, or salai guggal extract is a powder extract of the gum of the Boswellia tree and contains a mixture of Boswellic acids.

Indications
Experiments have shown that consumption of Boswellia leads to reduction in joint swelling, increased mobility, improved grip strength, and general improvement in joint health.
It is a Herbal, natural product, devoid of side effects commonly seen with nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAID)and is safe for long term consumption.
Shallaki is effective in the treatment of the common ailments

  • Rheumatoid arthritis
  • Osteoarthritis
  • Cervical spondylosis
  • Ankylosing spondylitis
  • Lumbar spine

Dosage

For Rheumatoid arthritis, Osteoarthritis, Cervical spondylosis, Ankylosing spondylitis the commonly recommended dosage is :

  • Gufic Sallaki 600 mg 1 or 2 tablets thrice a day for 8 to 12 weeks
  • After this you can take a maintenance dose of Sallaki 400mg or Sallaki 600mg 1 tablet twice daily for another 8 to 12 weeks.

We suggest that you consult your physician as well for the dosage that is best suited for your condition.

Shallaki herbal extract also available in 400 mg per tablet composition.
