Description

Is Ashwagandha okay for a person with hepatitis c who has cirrhosis, muscle wasting and serious insomnia?

Ashwagandha is okay for a person with Hepatitis C. In fact  Ashwgandha will  be benefecial in hepatitis_c as it suppresses intercellular necrosis factor, hence assists in healing. It is also anti stress and increase the body's resistance towards adverse influences.

I would like to start taking ashwagandha, but am currently taking prozac. I want to taper off the prozac, but would like to take ashwagandha as well, while I am tapering off. Is it safe to take them at the same time?

I wonder if you might be in a position to help me. I have been struggling with a problem for a few years now and done a lot of research on it. But i never seem to come up with an answer. For aggravated Vatta - you should avoid bitter, pungent and astringent food items like apples, cranberries, pomegranate, watermelon, pears, lamb, pork, brocolli, brussel sprouts, cauliflower, celery, eggplant, tomatoes, white potatoes, mushrooms, peppers, peas, turnips

Avoid white refined sugar and instead use honey as a sweetener.

Nuts like almonds, walnuts and cashews.
Following fruits - bananas, avocados, oranges, grapefruits, grapes, cherries, peaches, plums, mangos and papayas
and vegetables like - Beets, carrots, squash, tomatoes, okra, onions, asparagus, artichokes.
Try and take honey with tea and avoid coffee.
Iced drinks and cold foods, like ice cream be avoided. Take warm foods and avoid cold foods.

Eat your meals in a peaceful setting, not a quick bite in the car.
Be calm and peaceful and inculcate that in your lifestyle.
